Ofrece una carta sorprendente, original y atractiva, un viaje de sabores tan agradable que quedamos encantadísimos y con ganas de repetir! Hemos probado: • Tacos San Antonio - Alitas Kentucky Canelones caseros rellenos de carne, ricotta y espinacas - Pad Thai: tallarines de arroz con pollo, verduras, salsa pad thai, cacahuetes y lima fresca - Bibimbap: plato popular coreano a base de arroz, verduras, huevo y salsa especial bibimbap * Arroz Thai de langostinos • Panacota italiana con fresas • Flan de queso con galleta y caramelo - Cremoso de chocolate con salsa de cereza y galleta Nos gustó especialmente por ser diferente y por esa fusión de ingredientes y sabor tan equilibrada en cada una de sus creaciones. “ Segunda vez que venimos a este restaurante en Ferrol, ubicado en un edificio precioso de Rodolfo Ucha, lleno de historia y encanto de principios del siglo XX. El contraste entre el estilo clásico del edificio y la carta con influencia asiática y colonial funciona de maravilla. La carta no es muy amplia y no ha cambiado mucho con los años, pero no lo necesita: los clásicos funcionan. Destacamos las vieiriñas sobre un lecho crujiente de tortilla de maíz: originales y sabrosas. El pad thai, ya emblemático, sigue siendo excelente. Aunque no solemos pedir patatas bravas, aquí estaban perfectamente crujientes y muy bien condimentadas. Los tacos San Antonio estaban ricos, aunque un par de gambas más no habrían sobrado. De postre, una panacotta muy sabrosa y a muy buen precio. Servicio amable y rápido, ambiente único, cocina sabrosa y precios justos. Sin duda, repetiremos. ”
